At WeCP, we give complete ownership of the tasks that are assigned to any of our team members. During his two months with us, Shubham was entrusted with the job to develop questions for several projects. According to him, the most interesting project to work on was developing questions related to critical thinking and case studies as it helped him organize and improve his perspective to approach problem-solving in a more efficient manner.

I also had a chance to observe how others operate and take on the attributes that I felt work best in terms of communicative as well as behavioral etiquette. Shubham is currently focusing on his academic courses, working on Data Science projects to enhance his knowledge, writing research papers related to sustainable development for UN Council, and preparing for CAT/GMAT exams. He has decided to work in the Data Science/Analytics field in the near future.
