It was nearly impossible to scale the hiring process without using automation as the Quinnox recruitment team needed to maintain the database of candidates from several colleges manually. Proctoring and Preventing any unethical attempt to score highly in the screening process: We wanted to conduct screening with high-level online proctoring which could match the effectiveness of offline proctoring. We benefitted from WeCP’s live video proctoring and real-time flagging of violations such as searching online or using pre-written notes. During the pandemic, the our recruiting teams safely accomplished the hiring need.
Maintaining a skill tests library as per ever-changing workforce demands: We were able to decrease our time to hire with the help of WeCP’s test templates. The hiring team did not have to worry anymore about test creation from scratch. Additionally WeCP CSM team was extremely supportive to Quinnox in constantly updatig the question library whenever we asked them.
