How does the free trial work?

When you sign up for your trial, you'll have access to all features on the Free Trial plan. If you want to try a specific plan, just contact us. At any point during the trial, you can choose a plan and pay by credit card from within your account.

How can I buy your software?

After clicking “Buy now”, you will create a WeCP account and immediately be able to purchase your software. You can easily pay by credit card. Customers who prefer to purchase through our sales representatives can opt to pay via invoice.

What subscription plans are available?

The first plan "Screen Candidate Skills" is for teams wanting to implement skill-based hiring with the main objective of making the candidate evaluation process fast, accurate, bias-free, and skill-first.The second plan "Improve Quality of Hire" is when companies often focus on hiring quality during competitive pressure, rapid scaling, after costly hiring mistakes, or when entering new markets. Also when high turnover and strategic shifts prompt a reassessment of talent acquisition to ensure alignment with business goals and culture.The third plan "Improve Employee Skills and Retention" is when companies enhance employee skills and retention in response to industry changes, talent shortages, high turnover, skill gaps, and the need for a competitive edge. Also when Investment in training and a culture of continuous learning is key to keeping employees engaged, satisfied, and ready for advancement.

What resources are available to ensure I'm getting most out of WeCP?

Customers on any WeCP plan have access to online support, as well as the WeCP Help Center, on-demand training, and YouTube Videos for onboarding and learning. For additional fees, customers can access prescriptive guidance, custom training, hands-on configuration, 24/7 support, and implementation services to ensure teams are set up for success.
